- Project Planning and Milestones: Each project is carefully planned, and the work is divided into milestones. The project initiation involves a thorough discovery and analysis phase, followed by the creation of a scope of work document. This step ensures a shared understanding of the project requirements, minimizing the possibility of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
- Refunds for Completed Work: Due to the time and effort invested in achieving each milestone and completing project modules, refunds are not available for work that has already been completed.
- Mutual Termination: In the event of a project termination mutually agreed upon by both parties, the client will retain control of all completed work. Any payment made for further development will become void, and no refund or reimbursement will be provided for previous payments or deposits.
- Approval of Mock-Up Designs: Once the client approves the mock-up designs and the project moves into the development phase, no payment will be refunded.
- Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for projects that are in progress or mid-way through a milestone phase.
- Special Occasion Services: Cancellations are not accepted for services provided by our marketing team as part of special occasions. These offerings are time-limited and non-cancelable.
- Digital Marketing Packages: Our digital marketing packages are non-refundable. However, clients may cancel these packages by providing a written notice at least 30 days in advance.
- Abandoned or Dormant Projects: We do not provide refunds for deposits or payments made on projects that are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 days.
